OTAZU JEWELRY MILESTONES
The news and friends we’ve made
OTAZU Jewelry gets noticed! Celebrities including Madonna, Tony Braxton, Tyra Banks and Jessica Biel proudly wear the brand. In the same year, the OTAZU Jewelry made an appearance on the silver screen as it adorned Sarah Jessica parker and her co-stars in the film Sex and the City 2.
OTAZU Jewelry steals the spotlight…and headlines. Lady Gaga wears her infamous meat dress to the MTV Awards, and accessorizes it with Otazu Jewelry. The songstress has been a fan ever since. Gayle King and Jennifer Lopez also proudly wear the brand. Fashion insiders take note and Otazu Jewelry designs a prestigious collection for Swarovski’s Atelier. The international press is abuzz, with features and editorials in Spanish Vogue and V Magazine, among others.
OTAZU takes over the globe. The brand works together with Australian beauty queen Jennifer Hawkins for Australia´s favorite spring water, Mount Franklin. OTAZU Jewelry is showcased in the German department store KaDeWe. The brand is published for the third year in a row in the German Vogue Calendar; in Italy OTAZU sparkles on the pages of the Italian Vogue, and in the United Kingdom, Vogue UK is up. But the Dutch powerhouse does not stop there! In The Netherlands the brand works together with national celebrity Silvie Meis on a campaign for lingerie brand Hunkemöller.
The brand continues to expand its global character. Via the collaboration with Swarovski’s new Cadenzza stores located in Europe and Asia, inflight sales and the availability of OTAZU jewelry in the exclusive hotel boutiques in Dubai such as the Waldorf Astoria, Jumeirah and the Conrad. Unstoppable, OTAZU collaborates with namesake Senior OTAZU vinery, creating their own limited-edition wine labels and develops a sparkling series of Miss Bic lighters. During this continuous growth OTAZU did not forget about its fans. Longtime OTAZU lover Lady Gaga reunites with the jewelry brand in 2014 for the photo-shoot of her new album cover.
Though well established as a force of fashion, OTAZU Jewelry continues to innovate and inspire. A collaboration with 3D printed jewelry brand Zazzy is formed, a new online store is launched, and regular features in international glossies abound. While shooting the Autumn/Winter campaign in the Turkish Riviera, the brand is spotlighted in I Can Make You A Supermodel.
Culture is at the heart of OTAZU Jewelry. The brand collaborates with a number of prestigious Dutch museums, including The Hermitage, The Nieuwe Kerk, and Mauritshuis. A new standalone store is opened in Tokyo and the ongoing relationship with Lady Gaga sees the star take some of her favorite pieces with her as she immerses herself in her iconic Dive Bar tour.
